Incredible shop, these guys care about your safety and your cars health. They prioritize economically conscious decisions and do not try and sell you every repair under the sun to make a quick buck. An example of this is disclosing our brakes are safe but a little old but it is not necessary to drop 1,200 bucks to fix them when they’re fine and we can deal with the minor mechanics a bit down the road, for now will keep it under $500.00. On top of their honest practices they have stellar customer service. You will get phone calls throughout the day with updates, diagnostics, requests for approvals, and an ETC. After years of dealing with dishonest car shops I am happy to have found our go to shop. 10/10 recommend their expertise as these guys work hard to provide top tier service for both your car and you, thank you all for such an amazing experience.

I had taken my vehicle into 4 other shops and none of the other shops were able to diagnose or fix the issue. Reformed Automotive had listened to my explanation of the issue and found exactly what it was. They were quick, professional, detailed, experienced and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family in the future. I will also be using them for all my automotive issues in the future.

Worked closely with Mike for an ALCAN inspection. He gave me a full breakdown of what my car needed now and what could wait. Extremely communicative and professional. They used high quality parts and their techs were extremely competent.

A few months ago I took my jeep in for both exhaust manifolds after trying to replace them myself unsuccessfuly because of two broken bolts I discovered. I called around desperately trying to find someone that would fix it with the broken bolts and they said with confidence that they could do it. It was done within the week.(Every other shop quoted a month out just to look at it). It was a very fair price. Fast forward to a yesterday morning when I started my jeep and had a leak and a missfire. I took it to them and it was done this morning at no cost. They fixed their "mistake" and we're very professional and knowledgeable. Ps. I do NOT blame them for a faulty part. These jeeps just suck to be honest. All they had to do was replace the exhaust manifold gasket and some spark plugs wires. They owned up to it and fixed it. Will be my go to shop from now on.

They have been honest and well priced. They get the work done in a timely matter depending on the issue. I highly recommend this shop. Mike is awesome and very fair. Over the years my mom and kids dad have now started using them. Super friendly and respectful. They really listen to what is wrong with your vehicle. I will use them over and over again

The best. The whole crew is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, professional, and they clearly explain everything to me in ways I can understand. They fixed my jeep in less time than they thought and for way cheaper than they first quoted. Fair, honest, and reliable. I trust these guys.

I lived in Anchorage for about a year and half, I would not take my car to any other shop. Very knowledgeable and timely with their work. They helped me out by making sure my car got into the shop right at close of business when my radiator had an unexpected failure. Greatly appreciated.
